Orra is a job-matching service for Pakistan. Employers post a role once, and it goes straight into the WhatsApp chats of candidates who fit it, the app they already have open.
Why we built it
Job seekers in Pakistan often apply again and again and never hear back. Employers post on job boards and wait for people to visit. Both sides lose time, and both lose trust.
Orra fixes the two ends of that: candidates get roles that actually fit them, delivered where they already spend their day, and employers are held to replying.
How it works
An employer posts a role on this website. After a person approves it, we match it to candidates one at a time in WhatsApp. A candidate who is interested replies, confirms, and we pass their details to the employer. Interviews are arranged in the same chat.
Rules we hold everyone to
A person checks every posting
Before any candidate sees a role, someone at Orra reads it. Fake companies and postings that ask for money are rejected.
Candidates never pay
Job seekers use Orra free, always. We never ask a candidate for a fee, a CNIC or bank details.
Employers must reply
Every employer agrees to answer every applicant within 7 days, even with a no. Accounts that leave people waiting can lose the ability to post.
Your data stays yours
We share a candidate's details with an employer only when the candidate chooses to apply. Anyone can delete their data by messaging the assistant.
